Restauants are the recipe for thriving shopping centers

Sorry to see that Butera's is moving from the Southgate Shopping Center. While no tenant is reportedly moving into that space once Butera's leaves, we would hope that the landlord, Kaplan Associates, would seek another restaurant. Food establishments help keep up the foot traffic that many of the other business people in that shopping center come to depend upon and help create a healthy and thriving center for the community.
