Farmingdale Key Club helps those in need

Farmingdale High School Key Club students offered their time to help those in need. For the Thanksgiving holiday, each team of 10 students was given a list of items a family would need to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The items collected were split up between the members of the club and assembled together in a box decorated by the group. Items packed included stuffing, vegetables, cookies, gravy and a $15 gift certificate to the Farmingdale Meat Market. The gift certificate was donated by the Kiwanis Club of Farmingdale. The Thanksgiving boxes were delivered to six families in need. The Farmingdale students were proud to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate during the holiday season.
