Masterpiece Gallery to host students' artwork

The Massapequa Public School District, in a unique community collaboration, is proud to announce that selected K-12 student artwork will be exhibited in a gallery setting at the Masterpiece Gallery, located at 5020 Sunrise Highway, in Massapequa Park from Feb. 1 to 8. The Gallery hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition, the Gallery is open on Sundays from noon until 5 p.m.

To kick off the exhibit of Massapequa student artwork, Masterpiece Gallery will host an artist's reception on Fri., Feb. 1, 7 to 8 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to join the young artists as they celebrate their accomplishments in the district's art program.
