Great Sounds of Jazz begins Feb.24

Oyster Bay Town Councilman Angelo A. Delligatti announced that the Town's Great Sounds of Jazz"concert series, free to Town residents, will present Giovanni Von Essen on Sun., Feb. 24. The show will take place at New York Institute of Technology's Salten Hall, beginning at 3 p.m.

The "Great Sounds of Jazz" concert series is sponsored by the Cultural and Performing Arts (CAPA) Division of the Town of Oyster Bay's Department of Community and Youth Services. Anyone interested in obtaining a schedule of free concerts should call 797-7900.
