We need more ambulance service
Nassau County recognizes that response times for ambulances in our area are unacceptable and is considering making some changes, including putting more ambulances on the road. While that is promising, the fact is that the only thing that will help reduce those response times in our area is to put another ambulance here. So far that does not seem to be the county's commitment. We'd like to see it so.
