Free Food for those in need
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program/FAN (funded by USDA, NYSDOH) is offering free food for seniors age 60 and over who are income eligible. The food package includes cheese, milk, starches, cereal, juices, canned fruits, vegetables, fish, meats and more. Those new eligible include a single senior whose gross monthly income is $1,107 or less, and a seniors couple whose gross monthly income is $1,484 or less.
