Nassau County Police Academy to hold blood drive Feb. 29

Nassau County Police Commissioner Lawrence W. Mulvey is asking residents to donate blood on Feb. 29th at the Nassau County Police Academy Blood Drive. The blood drive is being held in conjunction with Long Island Blood Services on Fri. Feb. 29th, 2008 at the Police Academy, which is located at 200 Second Avenue, in MassapequaPark. Appoint- ments are available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00p.m. Residents can call (516) 573- 5759 for an appointment.
