Clarification

A story that appeared in last week's edition, "Flaherty goes public with district's charges," stated that Atlantic Music submitted a bill to the Massapequa School District for the repair of an instrument that was rented to the child of a school board member, and that Alan Adcock, the district's superintendent of business and finance, rejected the bill as inappropriate. Readers should note that Atlantic Music was never accused of any wrongdoing by the district, and that the article should not be construed to indicate as such.
