NMFD receives grant from King
Congressman Pete King presented the commissioners of the North Massapequa Fire Department with a replica of a check representing a $227,316 federal grant award which the department is receiving from the Department of Homeland Security for protective gear. Congressman King, the Ranking Member of the Homeland Security Committee, works with local fire departments to obtain these grants.
