Triathlon Clinic to be held May 15

Everyone who is considering competing in a triathlon this year is invited to attend the free Runner's Edge- TOBAY Triathlon Clinic, to be held Thurs., May 15, 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library, 999 Old Country Rd., Plainview.

The clinic is especially geared for those who will be participating in the Runner's Edge-TOBAY "spring" Triathlon in Oyster Bay this August, but it will be sufficiently general in nature that anyone who is interested in any multisport event can benefit from it.

The clinic will be led by Coach Jose Lopez and the Long Island Tri Coach staff. Lopez is a Level II USA Triathlon Coach with 25 years of experience competing and coaching.

The video of the 2007 Runner's Edge - TOBAY Triathlon will be shown in the auditorium as the "opening act" of the clinic.
