Laura Beth Geiler
•Named to the dean's list at St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fall 2007 semester are Massapequa resident Michael J. Murtha and Massapequa Park residents Katelyn Berk and Christina Ann Mannarino.

•Laura Beth Geiler, of Massapequa Park, has accepted membership in Golden Key International Honour Society and was honored during a recent induction ceremony at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Membership into the Society is by invitation only.

•The following local residents were named to the dean's list at Hofstra University, Hempstead for the fall 2007 semester. They are Massapequa residents Brian Engelhardt and Amanda Corey; Amanda Galvin of Massapequa Park and Patrick Holohan of North Massapequa.

Gina Campanale
•Joanna Heffernan, of Massapequa, a senior at York College, York, Pennsylvania, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester where she is majoring in business management. A 2005 graduate of Massapequa High School, she is the daughter of Joan and Wayne Heffernan.

•Gina Campanale, a resident of Massapequa Park, and a student at Nassau Community College, Garden City, was the recipient of a 2008 State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. To qualify for the award, stu- dents were reviewed by a college committee for academic excellence and record of service to Nassau Community College and the community.

Kyle Sullivan
•Kyle Sullivan, of Massapequa, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York where he is attending the School of Industrial Labor and Relations. He is a 2007 graduate of Massapequa High School and the son of Gene and Donna Sullivan and brother of Kelsey Sullivan.

•Samuel W. Bryson-Brockmann, of Massapequa Park, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at Drew University, Madison, New Jersey.

•Named to the dean's list at American University for the fall 2007 semester are Massapequa Park residents Kristell Le Goff, a junior in the School of International Service at American University majoring in international studies and Carolyn Rodehau, a sophomore in the Kogod School of Business majoring in business administration.

•Named to the dean's list for the fall 2007 semester at Johnson and Wales University are Danielle Coffey of Farmingdale who is pursuing an associate degree in culinary arts from the College of Culinary Arts and Michael Auletta, of Massapequa, who is pursuing an associate degree in restaurant management at the Hospitality college.
