Heidi Baldinger donates to Locks of Love project
On March 22, Heidi Baldinger, a first grader at Birch Lane Elementary School, Massapequa, did something very special. Heidi, who had grown her hair for her whole life, finally had 10 inches of hair. But, Heidi didn't just get a complementary haircut at Alexan Day Spa in Seaford, she donated her hair to the Locks of Love program. A child in need of hair now has the hair he/she needs thanks to Heidi. Heidi is shown above after getting her haircut.
