Stephen F. Siemsen , Massapequa resident
Stephen F. Siemsen, a resident of Massapequa for 12 years, died on June 2, 2008 at the age of 55. He was the beloved husband of Jane Siemsen, father of Christopher, son of Herman and Theresa Siemsen and brother of Hilary. He was also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. His wife described him as "a terrific husband and father, [he was] a good man." When he wasn't working as a tax auditor for the state of New York, Mr. Siemsen enjoyed nature. He especially loved riding his bike in the Massapequa Preserve. The tranquility of the place gave him peace of mind, said his family. Mr. Siemsen reposed at the Massapequa Funeral Home South Chapel in Massapequa Park, June 4 & 5, 2008. A Mass of Christian burial was said Fri., June 6 at Maria Regina R.C. Church. Interment followed in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
