MHS students hold Moot CourtThe
On Tues, June 10, a Moot Court Trial was performed by members of Daniel Bachman's Massapequa High School's introduction to law class. Presiding at the trial was Village Justice Gerard E. Giannattasio. The trial was conduct­ed as would an actual trial without a jury. Special awards were presented to the winning team. Shown, left to right, Liz Sarant, Brittany Perednia, Judge Gerard E. Giannattasio, Victoria Provenzano, Jackie Poppo and teacher Daniel J. Bachman.
