Farmingdale Lacrosse league season ends with an exciting 11-10 win
      The Farmingdale LISGYLL (Long Island Senior Girls Youth Lacrosse League -- an extension of PAL) eighth graders completed their community lacrosse careers with a (11-10) win against Rockville Centre recently. The entire season was filled with exciting games -- several ties and one point games.

St. Rose senior volleyball team wins 4th LI championship in 5 Years!
      The St. Rose Girls CYO Volleyball program had a successful season in 2008. Out of 12 teams fielded by the parish program, six made the playoffs and three were crowned LI Champs. Congratulations go to the Senior team for wining their fourth championship in five years.
