The lecture will be in Spanish at 1 p.m. and then in English at 2:30 p.m. The lecture will be held at the Harbor Lane Library. •A program entitled If Music be the Food of Love - Shakespeare in Jazz will be performed by The Christiana Drapkin Jazz Group, Sun., Sept. 14, 2 p.m. •The Literature and Life Book Discussion Group will meet Tues., Sept. 16, 1 p.m. This month's book is The Ministry of Special Cases by Nathaniel Englander and will be lead by Dr. Ellen Parker. The cost is $66 per person. On Fri. Oct. 24, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. a bus trip to Platzle Brauhaus in Pomona will be offered with a lunch of German specialties. The cost is $68. A bus trip to see the show Jersey Boys will be held Wed., Nov. 19, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. along with lunch at Sangria on 46th Street for a total of $162. Contact the library for further details.
