Nicholas Castaldo, of Massapequa, a seventh grade student at Massapequa's Berner Middle School, was a first place winner for Nassau District PTA Reflections contest. He won for his DVD production. He recieved an award at the Nassau PTA ceremony April 29. Thetheme was WOW, and Castaldo put together a picture show of photographs he took at the Oyster Fest fire­works. He is the son of Joseph and Susan Castaldo.
