Law Section 3651, to be initially funded with the $820,000 balance of pro­ceeds

of said sale and/or transfer from fund balance. NOTICE IS HEREBY FUR­THER GIVEN that any person otherwise qualified to vote who is currently registered to vote in an elec­tion district of the County of Nassau or part thereof whose boundaries lie with­in this school district will be entitled to vote without further registration.

Unless a person is entitled to vote by virtue of such reg­istration in an election dis­trict or part thereof whose boundaries lie within the school district, pursuant to Section 2014 of the Educa­tion Law, personal registra­tion of voters is required, and no person shall be en­titled

to vote at the Special District Meeting whose name does not appear on the register of the district.

The Board of Registration of said school district will meet in the District Office,241 Wyngate Drive, North Massapequa, New York on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M., prevail­ing time, at which time and place said Board of Reg­istration will prepare the register of the said school district for the aforesaid Special District Meeting and any person shall have the right to have his name placed on said register who presents himself person­ally to said Board, provided that at such meeting of the Board of Registration he is known or proven to the sat­isfaction of such Board of Registration to be then or thereafter entitled to vote at said Special District Meet­ing for which the register is prepared. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Board of Registra­tion shall meet during the hours of voting on June 29, 2009 for the purpose of preparing a register for meetings or elections held subsequent to such elec­tion, and any person shall have the right to have his name placed on said reg­ister who presents himself personally to said Board and is qualified as a school district voter.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that voting by ab­sentee ballot is permit­ted and applications may be made for an absentee ballot at the Office of the District Clerk. Such appli­cation

must be received at least seven (7) days before the said Special District Meeting if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter or by the day before the said Special District Meeting if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.
