Massapequa resident Kenneth J. Sapanski has joined Madison National Bank as the bank’s new vice president and credit administration officer. In this role, Sapanski is responsible for managing the bank’s loan administration and loan servicing departments, and overseeing commercial, construction and consumer loan operations.
