The Town of Oyster Bay is moving to revoke the certificate of occupancy from a North Massapequa gasoline station saying the owners have allowed the business to become a nuisance in the community. The Town cites two recent drug arrests at the location, the Getty Gas station at 975 North Broadway, in North Massapequa.
