Such proposal is in violation of Village Code 345.27(D) which states that the walking surface of decks shall not exceed five feet above grade level and Village Code 345- 31 A(2) which states that every building erected shall have a minimum 15 foot rear yard setback; to maintain an existing shed without the required side yard setback. Such proposal violates Section 345-43 B which states that all sheds must have a two foot setback.
