Police seek public's help solving bank robberies

Serial robber being sought

Nassau County Police are looking for a man who they believe committed five bank robberies, including one at chase Bank, 4210 Sunrise Hwy., Massapequa on July 3.
Police said that the subject is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old. He was unshaven and wearing a Yankees cap, a gray sweatshirt and sweat pants and sunglasses. He is between 6-feet 2 and 6-feet 3-inches tall.
Police said a subject fitting that description robbed banks in Massapequa Park, Hisckville, Oceanside and Lynbrook since May 27. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
