Mr. and Mrs. Ted Barnes of Massapequa and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Rubin of Del- Ray Beach, Florida announce the engagement of their children Teddy Barnes and Melissa Rubin. Teddy is working on Long Island and in Manhattan as a home automation technician and Melissa is working as a guidance counselor in Queens. A September 2010 wedding is planned.
