RESOLUTION # 15 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MASSAPEQUA FIRE DISTRICT ANNUAL BUDGET FOR 2011 WHEREAS, on the 13th day of September, 2010, pursuant to Section 105 of the Town Law and Section 181 of the Town Law the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Massapequa Fire District confirmed that the Annual Fire District Budget Hearing will be conducted with reference to the Annual Fire District Budget for fiscal year 2011 on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 commencing at 7:30 p.m. at the Fire District Administration Building located at 1 Brooklyn Avenue, Massapequa, New York 11758 and WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners is required to adopt a proposed budget at least 21 days before October 19, 2010 so that it is available for public inspection prior to the budget hearing.
