Funeral services for Al Waters, a 53-year member of the West Islip Fire Department will be held at Chapey Funeral Home tomorrow, 7-9:30 p.m. and Fri., 2 to 4:30 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Mr. Waters died this week. He was 74 years old.   Chapey Funeral Home is located at 1225 Montauk Hwy.,  West Islip. They can be reached by phone at 631-661-5644.
