NOTICE OF SALE SUPREME COURT, NASSAU COUNTY, VNB NEW YORK CORP., Plaintiff, v. 5000 SUNRISE HIGHWAY, INC., THE CURTAIN STORE, INC., LORI PERDUE, JOHN J. GRUNERT, NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION AND FINANCE, Defendants, Index No. 10-020254. Pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated October 4, 2011, and entered in the above-entitled action on October 11, 2011(the “Judgment”), I the undersigned Referee in said Judgment named, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at The Trial Part, located on the first floor of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau, located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, New York 11501, the premises directed by said Judgment to be sold. Premises will be sold subject to the provision of the filed Judgment, Index No. 10-020254, and the Terms of Sale, all of which are available from plaintiff ’s counsel upon request. The approximate amount of the Judgment, for the property referred to therein, is $1,787,876.79 plus interest and costs, as provided in the Judgment.
