REMOVAL OF FUEL
STORAGE TANKS AND
PARKING LOT RESTORATION AT STATION
NO. 2 AT A COST, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH
TRANSACTION NOT TO
EXCEED TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND ($25,000.00)
DOLLARS WITH FUNDS
FROM THE BUILDING
AND GROUNDS CAPITAL RESERVE FUND.
This resolution shall not
take effect until thirty (30)
