Proof of no magic bullet

Proof of no magic bullet except another bullet to create public safety. I just sent some editorial pieces to the MP. One of them states the CDC conducted 51 studies on gun control & the effects of these laws on gun violence, mass killings & prevention of criminal possession of firearms. Out of the some 20,000 gun laws on the books, they found NOT ONE reduced or changed any stats of gun violence, mass killings or prevention of criminals obtaining firearms for the commission of a crime. Some say murder & gun violence is up since the lapsing of the 1994 federal gun control law, which was perpetrated by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy after the 1993 Colin Fergurson incident. However what they fail to disclose is still 92% are with illegal handguns, the balance is a variety of long guns including, hunting rifles, and shotguns & yes some assault style weapons that were modified, as were some handguns, Kel-Tec nines & certain Uzi & Mac semi-autos. Even with that using FBI Crime Report Data all firearm homicides, excluding justifiable homicide, the 5 years yielded nearly 80,000 gun related homicides, 92% with hand guns, about 8% with any long gun & about 3.7% of that 8% are with any type of federal or state criteria assault style weapon. Less 1/100% was purchased legally. Also using same fed stats there are between 500,000 to 1M incidents per year of law bidding citizens use a firearm to prevent a crime or killing & only 1% every discharge their weapon. Did the Baltimore Ravens and NFL handle the Ray Rice case responsibly?
