Massapequa Park Village CSEA employees ratified a new three-year contract last week that gives them a 3.5 percent salary increase in each year. The contract runs from June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2014. Massapequa Park Village Mayor James Altadonna called the negotiations “difficult."
