storage container. Chapter
345-31 (A) Rear and Side
Yards which states: Minimum rear yard setback required is fifteen (15) feet.
Proposed deck would be
located five (5) feet to rear
north property line.

wrap around front covered
porch in violation of Village
Code.

of Village Codes: Chapter

which states: A covered
porch cannot have a width
greater than the width of
the house to which it is attached. Proposed porch
would extend 8.64 feet beyond foundation. Chapter
345-31 (A2) which states:
There must be a minimum
of thirty (30) feet between
structures. Proposed porch
brings the structure
21’-1 ½” to the east neighbor’s residence.
