Notice is hereby given that
the fiscal affairs of the Massapequa Fire District for the
period beginning on January 1, 2012 and ending on
December 31, 2012, have
been examined by an independent public accountant,
Johnson & Meyer, CPAs,
LLP and that the report of
external audit by the independent public accountant
has been filed in my office
where it is available as a public record for inspection by
all interested persons. Pursuant to Section 35 of the
General Municipal Law and
Section 181-b of the Town
Law, a written response and
corrective action plan shall
be prepared by the Board of
Fire Commissioners of the
Massapequa Fire District
within 90 days and filed in
my office where is will be
available as a public record
for inspection by all interested persons.
