The applicant proposes
closing off and filling an
existing boatslip. A new
bulkhead will be installed
across the seaward face of
the boatslip and the boatslip will be backfilled with
60 cubic yards of clean fill.
Also proposed is additional
minor bulkhead work and
installation of a platform,
ramp and float. A 10’ x 30’
area in the vicinity of the
proposed dockage will be
dredged to 4’ below mean
low water. The project is located at 46 Alhambra Road,
Massapequa, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.
