Town Law and Section 181
of the Town Law the Board
of Fire Commissioners
of the Massapequa Fire
District confirmed that
the Annual Fire District
Budget Hearing will be
conducted with reference
to the Annual Fire District
Budget for fiscal year 2014
on Tuesday, October 15,
2013 commencing at 7:30
p.m. at the Fire District
Administration Building
located at 1 Brooklyn

WHEREAS, the Board
of Fire Commissioners
is required to adopt a
proposed budget at least
