The Contract Documents

may be examined at the Office of the Architect, BBS

475-0349, between 9:00
A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday beginning on June 18, 2014 and
may be obtained upon a
deposit of One Hundred

reject any proposals and to
advertise for new proposals,
if in its opinion the best interest of the School District
will thereby be promoted.
Each bidder may not withdraw his bid within 45
days after the formal opening thereof. A bidder may
withdraw his bid only in
writing and prior to the bid
opening date.
