FSD asking voters to okay moving funds from reserves to complete capital projects
A second proposition on the school ballot next month will ask Farmingdale School District voters’ permission to take $5 million dollars from the District’s Capital Reserve Fund to reconstruct bathrooms at various schools throughout the district. The proposal will not add any costs to the district or the tax rate, since the funds are already in reserve.
