Police asking for public's help in apprehending woman who stole identity of MPK victim

Nassau Police say this woman stole a MPK resident's identity  and stole more than $15,000 out  of her bank account.Nassau Police say this woman stole a MPK resident's identity and stole more than $15,000 out of her bank account.Police said that a subject, pictured here, fraudulently used a Massapequa Park resident’s identification to access her Capital One Bank account and transfer money from her savings account to checking. She then stole a total of $15,800 from the victim’s account at a branch in Brooklyn.

After accessing a photo of the suspect from a surveillance camera recently, Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help  in identifying the individual responsible for the crime, which occurred Tues., March 28.  

The subject fled the scenes in unknown directions.
