Police asking for public's help in apprehending shoplifter

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted in connection with a Grand Larceny that occurred in Massapequa in July. Police gave this account:

On July 11, at approximately 3:15 p.m., the subject entered the CVS at 20 Broadway in Massapequa. While inside the store he concealed $1510.88 worth of merchandise, which included Abreva, Rogaine and Crest White strips, and exited the store without paying for the merchandise.Image of suspect from surveillance camera.Image of suspect from surveillance camera.

The subject was observed entering a Black Nissan Pathfinder with yellow New York license plates. The vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.
