The following resolution adopted by the Board, September
13, 2017 after due consideration of the following:
A public notice published on August 30, 2017 in the
Massapequa Post and Massapequa Observer;
A public meeting on September, 7, 2017 @ 5:30 pm;
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the powers granted to
the Commissioner of the Massapequa Water District (the
“District”) by the Town Law of the State of New York, the
Nassau County Civil Division Act and the Ordinances of the
District, that the water rates and the price and cost of water
used shall be determined and calculated in the following
manner and in accordance with the following table and
provisions:
