which states: On corner

yard) shall be entitled to a
6 foot opaque (solid) fence
provided a minimum 13
foot setback from the property line is maintained. Proposed six (6) foot solid fence
to replace existing three
(3) foot chain link in exact
same location starting at the
southeast corner foundation
runs southeast for 21’ 5”
stopping 3’ 7” from property
line and then follows along
path cyclone fence currently
runs.

a plan prepared by H2M
Architects (the “Plan”), on
file and available for public
inspection in the office of
the District Clerk, including
interior classroom, lavatory, and multi-purpose field
renovations; the foregoing to
include the original furnishings, equipment, machinery,
apparatus, and all necessary

sitework, alterations,
ancillary, demolition and
other work required in connection therewith; and to
expend therefore, including
preliminary costs and costs
incidental thereto and to
the financing thereof, an
amount not to exceed the
estimated maximum cost of
$28,575,000; provided that
the estimated costs of the
components of the Project
as set forth in detail in the
Plan may be reallocated
among such components if
the Board of Education shall
determine that such reallocation is in the best interests
of the District;
(b) that the amount
of $9,000,000 from the
District’s “Capital Reserve
Fund 2014,” approved by
the voters of the District on
October 21, 2014, is hereby
authorized to be expended
to pay a portion of the cost of
the Project, and such expenditure is hereby approved;
(c) that a tax in the
amount of not to exceed
$19,575,000 is hereby voted
to pay the balance of the
cost of the Project, such tax
to be levied and collected in
installments in such years
and in such amounts as shall
be determined by said Board
of Education; and
(d) that in anticipation
of said tax, the Board of
Education is authorized to
issue bonds of the District in
the principal amount of not
to exceed $19,575,000 and a
tax is hereby voted to pay the
interest on said bonds as the
same shall become due and
payable.
BOND PROPOSITION #2
RESOLVED:
(a) That the Board
of Education of the Massapequa Union Free School
District, in the County of
Nassau, New York (the “District”), is hereby authorized
to install District-wide classroom air-conditioning (the
“A/C Project”) substantially
as described in a plan prepared by 1-12M Architects
(the “Plan”), available for
public inspection in the
office of the District Clerk,
the foregoing to include
the original furnishings,
equipment, machinery, apparatus, and all necessary
sitework, alterations, ancillary, demolition and other
work required in connection
therewith; and to expend
therefore, including preliminary costs and costs
incidental thereto and to
the financing thereof, an

amount not to exceed the
estimated maximum cost
of $13,225,000; provided
that the estimated costs of
the components of the A/C
Project as set forth in detail
in the Plan may be reallocated among such components
if the Board of Education
shall determine that such
reallocation is in the best
interests of the District;
(b) that a tax is hereby voted therefore in the
amount of not to exceed
$13,225,000, such tax to
be levied and collected in
installments in such years
and in such amounts as shall
be determined by said Board

principal amount of not to
exceed $13,225,000 and a
tax is hereby voted to pay

the ballots used for voting at
said Special District Meeting
in substantially the following condensed forms.

may be necessary to enable
the voters then present to
cast their ballots.
AND FURTHER NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN, that
personal registration of
voters is required either
pursuant to §2014 of the
Education Law or pursuant
to Article 5 of the Election
Law. If a voter has heretofore registered pursuant to
§2014 of the Education Law
and has voted at an annual
or special district meeting
since January 1, 2014, he or
she is eligible to vote at this
election. If a voter is registered and eligible to vote under Article 5 of the Election
Law, he or she is also eligible
to vote at this election. All
other persons who wish to
vote must register.

Board of Registration will
meet for the purpose of registering all qualified voters
of the District pursuant to
§2014 of the Education Law
