above grade. Existing deck is

inches above grade.
Chapter 345 – 43 Sheds
which states: The furthest
point of a shed, be it the
base or the overhang shall
be a minimum of two (2)
feet from the rear or the side
property lines. Existing shed
is located 20 inches from
(N) and 2.4 inches from (E)
property lines.

runs parallel to (S) property
line and continues to ( E)
property line.
Chapter 345 – 43 (C) Sheds
which states; No shed shall
be allowed to stand in the
front setback of the house
on the subject premises.
Existing shed is located in
the front yard directly behind most northerly fence
sections.
